Aerial Photography
Western's Bell 206L Long Ranger helicopter provides an ideal platform for collecting multiple forms of aerial imagery. The pod-mounted 39 mega pixel RCD105 digital frame camera allows the collection of orthometric images. Georeferenced and Orthorectified images are generated with positional data from the onboard Leica GPS system and Micro IRS IMU. In addition to fixed frame photography, we also provide digital video collection services.Applications
